Very quick to response. Contact one morning and got a reply and a visit the same day. Very quick and efficient removed of a wasp nest in the garage. Cheaper than other options in the area too.

I found Nigel on the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council website. I wanted to make sure I got a reputable pest controller. Have been very pleased with the result. He was very knowledgable about why and how the rats were being so successful in my chicken coop. He then came several times and strategically positioning traps and poison managed to clear the problem.
All my questions regarding how to better manage the problem in the future were helpful. Well worth the cost.

Having discovered that a family of rats had taken up residence in the compost heap at the end of the garden, I contacted Nigel at EcoTrap Services.

He came to visit us very promptly, and was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the different approaches to pest control, the behaviour of rats etc.

He set down a number of discrete traps (and, eventually, poison).

After a period of just over a month, through weekly visits, the pest problem now appears to have been dealt with.

I would highly recommend Nigel and EcoTrap Services if you have a similar problem.
